"This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!"

"Starting with great dialogue with Peter and Betty before booking. They answered all of our questions promptly. They assisted with transport from the airport (Thank you Rodney) and assisted us with a few food items for breakfast as we had asked. (We arrived on Sunday after local grocery stores were closed) Peter graciously met us at the house upon our arrival and not only familiarized us the home but also gave us an incredible overview of the island and all it had to offer. If you would like to spend real vacation in a quiet environment, this villa is the place to go. There is a good restaurant and 2 swimming pools in the resort. The villa is FULL equipped, very comfy, modern, clean, beautiful, well located and many more! I suggest to rent a car to be able to move easily and visit different places and beaches during your trip....

"Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator in the laundry room and a grill outside. Location is central to airport, Georgetown, and Little Exuma. Enjoyed use of the boat as well. All in all the perfect family vacation getaway for families of all ages!"

The property was absolutely breathtaking—right on the waterfront with crystal-clear turquoise waters and stunning views in every direction.The villa was spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped (A) for a group. The outdoor space was the highlight: the tiki bar was such a fun touch, the deck was perfect for lounging, and we loved having direct access to the water. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.Location-wise, it was ideal—close enough to explore local attractions and beaches, but also private enough to relax in peace. "This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again. "
