"Starting with great dialogue with Peter and Betty before booking. They answered all of our questions promptly. They assisted with transport from the airport (Thank you Rodney) and assisted us with a few food items for breakfast as we had asked. (We arrived on Sunday after local grocery stores were closed) Peter graciously met us at the house upon our arrival and not only familiarized us the home but also gave us an incredible overview of the island and all it had to offer. "I think it is good to mention that the villa is located in a resort of villas. The place is very secure, clean and it is a real 4 stars. If you would like to spend real vacation in a quiet environment, this villa is the place to go. There is a good restaurant and 2 swimming pools in the resort. "This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. "A Little Slice of Heaven!This is our second visit to Exuma and our second time staying at Bella Vista property. Bella Vista Breeze is an absolute gem! The unit is conveniently located in hideaways, which is essentially located on the island. It is bright and airy and spotless! There is even a grill in an outdoor shower! The unit is stocked with anything you could possibly need. Mike and Roseanne thought of everything! They are wonderful hosts who made the entire process seamless. The communication before our arrival was top-notch. They were also available to answer any questions we had during our stay. There are two wonderful guides on the coffee table that helped us decide what beaches to visit and where to eat. We enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise each morning. We are already booked for next year and can’t wait to come back.!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Exuma and would absolutely recommend it to others. The beach and water are truly stunning. The color of the water is mesmerizing, that clear, vibrant turquoise that Exuma is known for. During our stay we had one day where the tide allowed for a full beach experience, and it was beautiful. The rest of the time the water came up quite high, which meant less sandy beach area, but the views and the sound of the ocean were still incredible and made the setting feel peaceful and special.The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen in particular was impressively well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably, which made it feel very much like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from booking through our stay. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful setting, clean and comfortable home, and attentive host made for a truly enjoyable trip. We would happily stay here again."
