"Good value for money, coffee is amazing! Rooms have microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Located just steps from the beach. Staff is great, hotel is right in front of the beach, good amenities (pool + jacuzzi) and complimentary laundry room. The only downside is that it is not walking distance to any restaurant so if you want to go somewhere you’ll need to drive."

"A wonderful property in a great location. It is close to the beach and the canals. It has views of the Sound and the beach from the rooftop deck. A really comfortable and well-kept home with panoramic views of the area. We watched the horses and foals from the decks on several days during our stay. "

"Have stayed in several places in Carova, this is one of our favorites. The house was very clean and had ample space and amenities. Communication from the owner was great. Plenty of privacy and is on the south side of Carova, so it's closer to the 4x4 access. Would stay here again."

"we enjoyed this vacation and was so grateful to be allowed to have our pups. we were a little disappointed the upper floor had no AC which is where the kitchen is. However we slept awesome on great a great mattress at that floor was air conditioned. The AC was repaired about 5 th day we were there because they, AC contractors, were so busy after a storm that had come through. Overall excellent stay and will come back!!"

"The place was as advertised. There was one lamp in the living room that's cord ran under a chair to a socket. The socket didn't work, so i rerouted to a hallway socket at night. Everything else worked perfectly fine. The beach was spacious and the house was nice. "

"I wish there were reviews at the time I booked because I would have changed my mind. This house was not only left dirty from the previous renters (after cleaning service cleaned) but also is dirty and needs major cleaning. Couches were dingy and needed sheets over them for us to feel comfortable sitting on them. Floors were dirty. Bedroom fans have a layer of dust on them. There were fingernails left on the back of the couch and the windowsill. The vents were blowing dust onto beds and the upstairs AC was not functioning. Vacasa sent out a repair guy who changed the dirty air filters which fixed the issue. One out of three coffee pots worked. I usually don’t review but I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t. I wish there were reviews when I was booking our trip. Vacasa was very helpful and we have never had issues before this listing. The house was a few minute walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice and the kids loved the downstairs pool table. The house is situated on a cul-de-sac which made it nice for the kids to bike and hang out. I feel like this house needs to be deeply cleaned and you would be able to look past the updating that needs to be done."
