"This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just...

The hospitality of Sarah made our experience exceptional. From the moment of booking, communication was prompt and helpful. "Had a wonderful weekend at this cottage although we had a lot of rain. Beautiful View of the river. Very well stocked with anything you may need. Only negative was it was very muddy, pretty much calf deep to get down to the water. As there has been weeks of rain lately though this is probably not normally the case. The home also had no outdoor water faucet/ hose but thankfully my son had brought a 5 gallon bucket with so we could fill it in the cottage and bring it outside to wash muddy feet...
