"The place was great! Just perfect for all our boys! From kids ranging from 9 years to 18 years old, each one had a blast! The ping pong table and darts (game room) was a huge bonus with all including me and my husband. The carriage house even provided the big kids a place to escape and feel like they weren’t under mom and dad all while being in the back yard. The golf cart was a huge plus as well!! Even though you really wouldn’t need it for a day at the beach because the house is literally a block from the ery easy access to the beach. We went in the beginning of June and the beach was not crowded at all! Weather was even great the whole time! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall! "

"Great for a quick weekend stay or getaway by the lake. Mainly just slept and showered here but the bed is very comfortable, the shower is hot and the cabin is plenty of room for two for a weekend. Check in/out was very easy and communication was great though the whole process. Would stay here again. "

"The house is brand new! Beds are clean, perfect dock, kitchen stocked with any utensil you need, great outdoor activities for kids! We would love to come back. Also the weather wasn’t great but we still caught fish off the dock! "

"Though we had rain through most of our trip, it was made better by this amazing house! A few separate families joined us, and the layout was ideal for our purposes. We could shoo the dear children to the downstairs living airea where they could play and be noisy and access the outdoors just fine! There was one small step to access the main floor, kitchen, utility room, dining area, living room, and large deck - this was what we needed for the older members of our party. The parking was ideal as well - we were able to swing down the circular drive to drop off our things and then drive back up to park. As stated, the younger kids stayed downstairs and had their own microwave, sink, frig, and coffee pot - as well as a large bathroom, tub/shower combo, and two additional bedrooms! There was also a deck and plenty of seating inside and out at this level. The third floor had room to sleep another group, a full bathroom with shower, and a small balcony facing the street (where there was room enough to sit and enjoy coffee solo - a true gift! Ha!).In the few dry hours, we were able to relax by the water and watch the fog roll in. We got our steps in walking from floor to floor as there were plenty of staircases, but our older relatives made it fine with everything they needed on the main floor. What a perfect vacation spot!!
