"I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Chongqing. It's an apartment - style hotel. The facilities are extremely complete. There are a fridge and a washing machine, which makes the stay really convenient. Hotel location is very accessible, with tourist attractions and food streets nearby. The staffs are incredibly warm - hearted. This accommodation experience was outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing in the future."

"Fantastic hotel, located in a very central location within walking distance to food and shopping. All the staff were very friendly especially on check in and check out . The two staff members who checked us in were both so welcoming and we were upgraded to a larger room which was lovely. The breakfast was great with a good variety. On checkout there were three wonderfully friendly staff Sophia, Ethan & Leo we received a nice parting gift. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"The location is perfect. Food places and toursit spots within a 10-20 min walk from the hotel. The metro was also close by. My room was cleaned daily and the front desk staff knew enough English and I knew enough Chinese that we were able to communicate seamlessly. I would definitely book a stay in this hotel again. 24hr gym with free use of the laundry included."

Every member of staff was warm, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but what really stood out was the level of service and attention to detail. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Chongqing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Regent Chongqing to anyone visiting the city."

"Modern hotel with well furnished rooms. The only downside is that members of the public are able to enter the bar with hired photographers and spend a lot of time walking or posing in close proximity to you while you attempt to enjoy your drinks/food so that they can take photos and videos, which was quite irksome over time and especially when they do not respect your personal space. During our time at the bar, we observed more than 4-5 groups and they were not confined to one side (ie using the entire area for their photos/videos)"
