Their service is 10+. From checking in to checking out, this hotel meets all expectations. I asked for a late check out and they have me a 3pm without extra charge. The view of the skyline is breath taking. They also have a pillow menu to ensure your stay is good. They offer refreshments daily and theyre all amazing. I would def come back and stay here again. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals.
