"This hotel is a completely surreal world. My partner and I loved exploring all the rooms and appreciating the decorations and architecture of the house. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the live jazz music at night made this one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling."

Kura Hulanda Village & SpaHistoric Center
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (590 reviews)
"The staff was so nice and the area is so great that I desperately want to rate this property higher. But the bed is uncomfortable as the mattress springs can be readily felt, and the place, though uber charming, is in disrepair and needs a complete overhaul. It can be GLORIOUS, because it is such a wonderful place. You can see shades of its former glory. I hope they will invest in refurbishing the property."

"Villa Herencia is a local traditional hotel with cute clean rooms, equipped with AC. It’s located in the centre of Old San Juan and all the shops/restaurants/coffees and the nightlife are nearby.
The staff is really kind and helpful.
The only problem is the parking. If you have your own car you are obligated to park it in Cathedral’s parking lot which costs 27$ a day."

10/10 Excellent
Spotless furniture was gorgeous best comfortable bed ever in a hotel I've been to, towels are so soft and white. I will stay Privada again and recommended it to my friends and family. pillows are too soft so I suggested if you get two firm pillows too
