The young lady who checked us in was great, very friendly and helpful. We did not like having to schedule a breakfast time, especially after check in front desk staff offered no flexibility when we had a tour scheduled prior to the available breakfast time they gave us but we went to the restaurant anyway and they accommodate us. We went in June and the pool water was very cold! Not enough lounge chairs at the pool, they were always full. "
