Surrounded by nature, just 500 m from the Coripe station (Vía Verde de la Sierra); from the wooden porch high above, you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the landscape (the Vía Verde bike trail, the Algodonales mountain range). Leisure and tranquility guaranteed.
You can check out of the cottage in the afternoon, after 2:00 PM (provided there are no new guests arriving that day); please enquire about this when making your accommodation reservation.

The Accommodation
The spectacular location is a highlight, with views of the viaduct and the old Coripe station on the Greenway through the surrounding mountains; the panoramic views of the Sierra de Coripe and the Serranías de Algodonales and Grazalema are exceptional. You’ll be completely immersed in nature (with no neighbors nearby and the familiar sounds of insect-eating birds, accompanied by the flight of vultures that nest right in front of the house; from the porch, you can see the vulture nests in the Sierra de Coripe with the naked eye), ensuring you a pleasant stay. Spectacular sunrises and starry skies free from light pollution.
The options for outdoor recreation are extremely convenient (the Vía Verde, a 36-kilometer trail suitable for hiking and biking, is just a 300-meter walk away).
The living space is open-concept (a common area that combines the kitchen and living room), except for the bathroom. Up to 4 guests will be very comfortable; the cottage features 2 double beds in a bedroom located on a wooden mezzanine overlooking the living room, as well as two sofa beds, each sleeping two.

Amenities and Common Areas
Without a doubt, the best part is how easy it is to access a multitude of HIKING TRAILS and/or BIKE ROUTES for all skill levels (the Vía Verde is an exceptional resource). You have the option to rent bikes right at the house (for 15 euros, you can use up to 3 bikes for the entire stay), or you can rent from a company located at the Vía Verde station itself. Right behind the house is a trail that leads to the town of Coripe in 800 m (you can visit it in a 15-minute walk; by road, it’s 2 km away).
Just 10 km away is the Algodonales paragliding launch site; in fact, you can watch the paragliders take off right from the porch; this could be a great place to stay, since Montellano is just 15 km from the house and also has paragliding launch sites.
Possible excursions from Coripe: Grazalema Park and the White Villages of Cádiz; 75 km from Seville and 65 km from Jerez de la Frontera (both cities have airports); you can visit the beaches of Cádiz, the closest being in El Puerto de Santa María, just 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

Imagine a place where the ground floor consists of a single main space (kitchen and living room with a wood-burning fireplace, all in one) and a bathroom.
Electricity is solar-powered,
If you’d like to use appliances that draw more than 1,000 watts (such as a hair dryer or electric heaters), you’ll need to use the generator provided.
The wooden staircase leads to the upper mezzanine (all wood, with a railing overlooking the living room). Go up there to rest on the double bed, next to which is a double futon.
In the main open-concept living area, you’ll find two comfortable sofa beds (the space sleeps up to six, though for comfort we recommend a maximum of four).
You can use our exceptional wooden porch and the stone-paved area surrounding the house for your leisure; there’s a wooden bench and outdoor furniture, as well as equipment for outdoor cooking (a propane tank and paella pans).
You can light the wood-burning stove whenever you like; there’s plenty of firewood available on the back porch.
The house is situated on a 25,000-square-meter lot with an olive grove and scrubland.
Pets are welcome, though we’ll charge an additional 15 euros upon check-in to ensure a more thorough cleaning.
