"WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "

"We made arrangements for the hotel to pick up at at airport, Upon arrival, no one was there... we called multiple times, no answer. Finally a Man the airport was able to reach someone who walked over to the hotel and told them we were waiting. 45 minutes later someone finally arrived. Surprisingly when we checked in we were upgraded to a Waterfront front room, and offered a late check out when we were leaving..... rough start but, this more than made up for it. "The Heritage Inn is a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I took a mini honeymoon and the room was all we needed. The kitchen was an added plus! This place has spectacular views, maybe the best of the entire island and the location is just a short drive to Cane Garden Bay, Smugglers Cove, the ferry, and other great restaurants! Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower (it was very soft). The staff and atmosphere were amazing! We hope to return in the future!"
