The hotel is situated near a residential area so nice and quiet of an evening but still only a 5-10 minute walk into the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and nothing was to much to ask. If you are thinking of visiting Bratislava I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. First Class !

Clean, modern, and comfortable. Excellent location <5 mins walk from the centre of the old town. Friendly staff. The only odd thing is that they give you a huge key that you have to carry around with you, rather than a key card. Other than that, pretty much perfect for a stay in BTS

It was really very good experience. Very clean property and the instructions were very clear. The location was fabulous. They were a lot of restaurants around and very live High Street. Will definitely recommend everyone and if I get a chance, I will go there again.

It was appropriate to stay in such an historic building in the centre of the old city: the rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff are helpful and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel River Park. Great facilities, helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing!

Very clean rooms, very helpful staff,very good Continental breakfast, tea/coffee facilities available throughout the day plus microwave oven and room safe for added security. Located in a pleasant residential area just outside the main town. One needs transport to go into town but the bus top is located near the hotel. We found it easier to book a Bolt taxi for 5 only euros. Also located near the train station but did not find the noise to be of any real problem. Car parking is also available....

The hotel is in a good location and clean, kettle and fridge in the room was good as there is a Lidl next door. However, I don't trust Expedia/Hotels.com one bit.

Perfect location, very close to the old town, Christmas Market and main tourist attractions! The room was large, with comfortable beds and all the facilities, and nice views to the Danube. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices! Special thanks to Linda, we had an unexpected personal problem, she gave us all the needed support to make changes to our booking and replan our trip. Highly recommend it!

Had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff at the hotel just outstanding. My train was later, and they let me as well sit in the loby for some hours using the internet, and have some drinks. Thank you very much!

This hotel is in a great location and provides a quality service. The room was perfectly clean with a great view of the city including castle. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed after a long night in Bratislava. If in the area would definitely stay again.
