"On our arrival the manager told us that the money we paid to hotels.com he has no accsess to it and we have to get the money back from hoteld.com. And that we have to pay him cash or Mobile Money. "My aircondition was working. My room's walls were very dirty but I was in the cheaper room. When the walls are dirty it makes you wonder if the bedding is clean too, however it smelled okay and looked okay. I think next time I will not go to the Junior room and see how the bigger rooms are."
