"Rooms where decent for the price, but I found several roaches, I complained to the staff and their solution was to move me to a bigger nicer “the cleanest room they had” only for it to have roaches too. I am a frequent traveler and never had anyone pursued me to stay in a roach infested room. The staff also walked into my room as I was showering unannounced. Frustrating experience and they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me for the embarrassing situation"
