"My room had BED BUGS INFESTATION. I was asleep and felt on crawling on me. Turned on the lights and was able to capture two of them in an empty coke bottle. Went to the office to tell the owner and check out. She tried to make an excuse and didn’t even apologize or offer a refund. I’ve now had to throw away many clothes that I had brought and sanitize my suitcase and everything else. I wouldn’t stay here ever again. "
