"The hotel is clean and well maintained; however, the female receptionist's approach was cold, not friendly or cordial. Immediately I didn't like the vibe. The room is REALLY SMALL. You can barely walk and the setting is completely akward. For the amount you pay for the room, I can't believe that they do not even have a TV in the room. I do not recommend this hotel."

"This hotel started as a go-to for dental appointments at las Margaritas. It's now our go-to whenever we stay in town. The hotel is right on the Reforma and the parking lot is gated. A security guard will come out to greet you and confirm your reservation. Several of the front desk clerks are bilingual. Check-in is simple: all guests should have their passport ready. They'll hand you a small card where you'll print your name, add an email address, and sign in two places. The rooms have minimal amenities: a filter coffee pot (with complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water) soap, shampoo, lotion, and a safe. Some rooms have more space than others. The TVs are hooked up to cable, not to the free WiFi, so casting or streaming isn't an option. The workout room upstairs has 2 treadmills, an elliptical machine, and a strength training machine. The rooms' A/C units are modern and quiet. While the sleeping area of the first room was small, the step in showers have always been roomy, and all of the bathrooms have modern fixtures. All in all, the service and the food in the restaurant is good. If you're feeling a little cramped, there are plenty of lounge areas for a change of scene. You can step into the pool for a quick refresh but it isn't large enough for laps or rec. Yes, you're in the city. There's definitely some city vibes going on but nothing outrageous. Given the price and the privacy, you can't go wrong here. It's a boutique experience at a bargain price."

"El desayuno es Regular le falta sazón a la comida mala calidad y el servio de limpieza llego abrir la habitación sin permiso mientras yo dormía aun habiendo puesto el cartel de no molestar. Las chicas de recepción muy amables excelente servicio. En el parqueo no podía salir el tiket me daba invalido hasta q llego 10 minutos después el vigilante a habrír la pluma . La habitación muy bonita limpia y agradable."

"Pros: Nice spacious room, hot water, clean bedding and helpful staff. Check in was easy and check out was pretty good too, although you have to ring the doorbell for an early checkout (I nearly panicked because you can’t leave without someone opening the gate) Cons: you’re essentially locked in, if you’re near the road you’ll hear cars and minibikes and dogs barking all night. Also jets whizz by which is very loud. Breaky is good but don’t dare ask for coffee AND juice, pick one or you will be told absolutely NO. Wifi worked but was extremely temperamental."
