"The hotel is currently under renovation yet it has made any effort not to disturb guests. The common areas have a minimalistic, modern design. The room had a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom - everything we needed for a good night rest. The public underground parking has several spots reserved for Avenida, and while not cheap overall, you get a good discount from the public fee if you pay at the hotel."
