Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. "Klar, das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber gut in Schuss. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist super. Schön ist auch das kostenfreie Parken mit Service! Tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Personal ist selbst für die eh schon hohen südafrikanischen Verhältnisse extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier schreibt man Service noch groß. Bin mal gespannt wie sich die Renovierungsarbeiten jetzt ab April bemerkbar machen. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren und werden auch wieder dieses Hotel...

"I completely enjoyed my stay at Le Riad Monceau. The place was beautiful and quaint, and everyone was so hospitable. Chaymae and her team were amazing and very helpful at navigating the area. We even received a complimentary upgrade to our room, which was stunning and included a little sunroom. The nightly love jazz was so nice and the ambiance was a whole vibe. My only complaint was my TV not working but it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. I'm definitely looking forward to returning. "
