The Terrace at Pelican Beach, located in the heart of Destin, is one of the newest resorts on Miracle Strip. Your family vacation can be like no other, with views like nowhere in Destin at this beautiful highrise resort, you will remember this vacation above all others.

The Terrace Resort is part of the Pelican Beach Resort, and any amenity on either property is available for your usage. There are 3 outdoor pools & an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, poolside deli, tennis, fitness center and the best of all, the Emerald Coast's beautiful scenery. You will have access to walking paths across and around the lake that sit just off your balcony, with a gazebo in the middle of lake for those romantic walks. The ocean is a short walk away (approx 200 yards), with a private walkway only for the Pelican Beach guests.

Want to be able to walk to everything? Then The Terrace is your preferred Destin beach vacation rental. You will be within walking distance to Big Kahunas Water Park, The Track multiple go-cart tracks, putt putt courses, and intense rides for the extremists, and of course the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast. There are souvenir shops adjacent to the property, so you don't have to drive to go shopping. Beautiful kitchen!

We had a great stay here! The condo is in a convenient location—close to the beach, grocery stores, and local restaurants. The kitchen is beautifully updated and the living area was spacious. My family and I had a great time here enjoying the beach! We also appreciated that the beach chairs and umbrella were provided!

This was a beautiful condo and it’s a short walk to the beach! Kitchen is fully prepared for a family to stay in it so that was really great. Would definitely recommend.

Condo was very nice, clean and a reasonable price! Communication with the owner has been great she answered all questions and was friendly! I would recommend staying here. It’s a good location and has a tiki bar and cafe for convenience. My husband left his boots and they were willing to ship them back to us! So nice

Picture perfect property/condo. Mattresses need to be replaced in both bedrooms and coffee maker needs to be replaced it doesn’t work. Kitchen was great size, property is well taken care of. Terrace is walking distance to other property that is beachside. You cannot see from condo.

Great family vacay spot

This place has it all. It was gorgeous and clean and it seems like the owner thought of it all. Coffee filters and grounds to get us started, a small bottle of dish detergent, etc. fully stocked kitchen with any pots/pans/utensils you could possibly need. It was virtually a (beautiful) home away from home. There were even sand toys and chairs/boogie boards. (I appreciated that so much having small children). Will 100% be coming back here in the future. The owner was even able to add on an extra night for us on very short notice which was much appreciated.

Beautiful condo, awesome location, right across from a nice water park. Close to lots of fun things.

The condo was amazing, owner was super nice, area was nice. Close to everything. The beach and ocean within a short walk. Our trip was amazing. The only thing I am worried about is that the maid, said that we broke a microwave handle that we didn't it was already like that, and a lamp was missing a screw that we never even used. I am hoping that we do not get charged for these things. Other then that our stay was amazing. I had planned on renting this condo again for next year. Hopefully the above issues can be fairly resolved.

Nice place

The place was very nice and was as advertised. There’s a fitness center in the building which was great to have. Room located conveniently near the elevator, stairs, and trash chute. There’s stuff within walking distance. Balcony is very cool, overlooks the pool area. We’d stay there again if we come back to Destin.

Great location and nice property. For the amount we paid there should have been a little bar of soap in the bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The condo could use some updating. The most annoying thing was that they hog up the front row of the beach with beach umbrellas for the owners that aren’t even there. So you have to get a beach set on the fourth row while all the empty sets in the front two rows block your view for no reason because they aren’t even there. You can’t even bring a chair to the water line to enjoy the water on your feet. For this reason alone I will not be staying there again.

Condo was very clean and as described. Perfect for our family! Resort has 4 pools total, small arcade and Cafe. Be sure to explore the entire resort, we didn't until the last day and wish we would have sooner! Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Check in was super easy. We would stay here again!

Loved the area and condo but was not pleased with how structured the beach front was. You had to rent a umbrella and chairs to get close to ocean . If you didn’t you had to find a spot way back behind the rows of rented umbrellas and chairs .

We enjoyed our stay. The resort property is great with a beautiful beach, tiki bar, cafe and 3 pools. The condo is clean and comfortable. The location is good. There are many restaurants. Short drive away. I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was as described and super clean!!!!! I really can’t think of any complaints with the condo. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves as everyone was at the beach or the resort pools 4 total. The the food at the cafe in resort was great! This trip was for my 50th bday and when we arrived there was a bday card and a bottle of wine, so thoughtful!!!! She was great with communication and instructions and let us know we could check in 2hrs early. We will definitely book again with Svetlana. Thank you
