  • Welcome to Canal Breeze Cottage!

    This 4 bedroom/4 bath home is a boater’s dream!

    Located on quiet Holiday Isle, this spacious home consists of 2 separate levels.

    The first level of this home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and living room. The spacious white kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and cookware you’ll need to cook a feast or a quick bite. The large island offers the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the 3 bar chairs. There is additional seating at the adjacent dining table. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV.

    The lower floor offers a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed. The guest room offers a Twin over Full bunk bed and an additional Twin bed. The lower floor sleeps 6 comfortably. The bedrooms do not have TVs.

    The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the Master Bathroom offers a combination tub/shower. The first floor does include a washer and dryer.

    The large downstairs patio has all new patio furniture to sit and enjoy the Canal Breeze. There is also a propane grill available to cook up your catch of the day.

    The second level of the home is only accessible via the outdoor stairs.

    The second floor living room offers plenty of space for everyone and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is bright and spacious as well. The dining room offers plenty of seating space for the whole family and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar.

    There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on this upstairs floor. The Master Bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed while the guest room features a Twin Trundle and additional Trundle. Allowing the upstairs space to sleep 5. There are no TVs in the bedrooms.

    The Master Bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor as well!

    The upstairs balcony has a new large patio table to enjoy the scenery as well as a sunset meal. There is plenty of space on the large upstairs sundeck to enjoy the canal view as well!

    The home is a walk away from the beach access point. The home also includes a 32’ Boat Slip that is included with your stay. There is absolutely no trailer parking allowed at this home or on Holiday Isle. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles max. There is an additional parking space that is exclusive to the long-term boat slip user of the other boat slip. Rental guests are not to park in that spot and will be towed.

If you are looking for a well maintained place to stay that is close to the beach then your search is over. We have stayed at this property twice and plan on going back again. The owner is extremely professional and responsive to our questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and only a quick walk to the beach.

BOAT AND BEACH LOVERS DREAM GETAWAY

Have stayed at this property for mutiple seasons. Very accommodating to the beach as well as a boat slip. Uber and water taxi is available. Great view from deck for fireworks and air shows too. Clean and safe as well, GREAT LOCATION!! Looking forward to our next stay here.

perfect place

This place was awesome. I brought a boat so the boat slip in back was great. We caught a lot of fish every morning then spent the afternoons on the gorgeous beach which was only a 5 minute walk. We will be back next year.

This was the absolute best choice for our family vacation. The house was spotless, the location was excellent and the views were amazing. Walking distance to the beach the boat slip was also a plus as we rented a boat and we were able to put it in the slip when we went to the house. The house suited us well with plenty of space. Over all I highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back next year !

Perfect place to stay on our recent girls trip!

We had a wonderful time! This house is the perfect place for a much needed Moms Spring Break! In fact this was our second time at this house, it’s so inviting. We love the very close walk to the beautiful beach. The deck is our favorite spot for dinner while enjoying the sunsets or a late night reminiscing over a glass of wine. We had such a good time..Planning to return next year!!

We had a great time....there was a dock for the kids to fish off of and two separate decks to relax on. The rooms we comfortable and two separate kitchens made it easy to accommodate everyone. The beach is approximately 2 blocks away and very easy to walk to. The neighborhood was great for a morning run and the private beach was never crowded.

Had a great time. House was perfect for our needs. Maybe not the fanciest appointments, but who cares, you’re not visiting Destin to stay inside! Great deck area, 2 independent living spaces with kitchens. Dock space was more than ample for my little 21’ whaler. I’d come stay here again without question.

I rented this house for Memorial Day weekend and it had everything that we needed. It is very spacious and had more than enough beds. It was so nice to have four bathrooms for everyone to shower after the beach. The boat slip was big enough for our two boats. The patio was a great place to watch the fireworks. I have stayed in Destin multiple times and this is easily my favorite rental. I plan on staying here every time I'm in Destin.

Property was very clean and owner was very helpful. Fishing off the dock was great also. (2) black drum over 30lbs ea. Lots of catfish. A++ . WILL BE MAKING FUTURE RESERVATIONS AT THIS HOUSE.

FANTASTIC STAY

Stayed at the house for a couple of days during the week this summer for a little R&R. Couldn't be happier with the whole property. The deck is HUGE and love how close it is to the beach - which was not crowded at all. Highly recommended!!!! TIP - call the water taxi and they will pick you up in on the dock and take you to the main boardwalk - just 5-10 minutes away. No driving. Overall - great rental!

Beautiful beach house

This house absolutely blew me away. The photos are a bit dated as I was a little worried it would all be dated but it was amazing. Our family of 12 absolutely enjoyed every aspect. The guys loved fishing off the deck. There is so much room to really enjoy family time. The only thing I didn't like was the king size bed was SO HARD! But that would be the only thing I would change about our whole trip. Check in and out was so easy. I really loved not having to keep up with keys all vacation. Cannot wait to book again next year.
