Our overall stay was nice. The condo was in a gorgeous location. It was clean & we had everything we needed for a nice stay. We ate at the local restaurant within the condo facility & the food was fantastic . The beautiful beach was right across the street from the condo

Quick family outing
Very cute one bedroom condo and a really nice facility. The pullout couch was great even for our adult children. Perfect small space with a big enough kitchen and eating area for all of us to enjoy. My daughter commented that it would be the perfect spot for a 20 something to live full-time. Across the street from the beach which was beautiful.

Meh!
Upon arrival, we got into our room, and unfortunately, the place had not been clean from the previous day. When we called for assistance, we were met with very little help. They told us that they would be sending someone to clean the room, two hours later we heard nothing back. I ended up cleaning the room. Good location, but be weary of Vacasa. Wasn’t the most enjoyable experience.

PERFECT FOR COUPLES!
First off, Sandpiper Cove is unbeatable. As far as amenities and convenience goes there is no way to beat this location. Secondly, this room was absolutely amazing. Updated appliances and interior design makes it look luxury. If you are coming with your spouse and a small child/dog, this has absolutely everything you need. We will be back!

Great stay bit check in was rough
Overall great stay. We did not know we had to go to the gate to check in and they never sent us the required "hello sign" form to check in so we had to call the customer service line

Great studio condo for a couple!
My wife and I stayed for 6 nights in this second floor studio condo and it was the perfect getaway for us. We brought our little 15 lb cavachon with us too since it was pet friendly. Sandpiper Cove is a huge property and has lots of units, some which are beachfront, and then ours which was across the street from the beach. It was a short walk to the beach from our condo. The beach bar and grille on-site was great and convenient for lunch while out on the beach. Our stay during spring break included free beach chair and umbrella service each day, which was a definite plus since we didn’t have to set up our own. We also loved the fact that our unit had a washer and dryer in the condo as well. Several on-site pools too. The perfect little Destin beach getaway for us.

Fabulous place to stay!
This was the perfect vacation! The condo was extremely clean, checking was easy, and the short walk to the beach was minimal. We also felt very safe because of the coded gates and check in procedures. Having chairs and umbrellas included on the beach was a perfect touch. We will definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway
What a perfect weekend! I have always loved Destin and prefer to stay at Sandpiper. This condo was exactly what we needed! Clean, updated, attractive, close to the front gate & beach, wonderful communication throughout the entire process! Can't ask for more! We will be back and plan to stay in the same unit again!

Very nice stay
Very nice stay. Everything was very clean, well decorated, well stocked. The only thing I would change was that when I rented they would’ve told me that it was on the top level. I have a heart condition and it was very hard for me to do the 25 steps each time. I didn’t know if I had a choice as far as upstairs or downstairs

Super cute studio! Good location, a few blocks to the beach, a few minutes walk to the hot tub, a quick drive to restaurants. In February it was a retired older crowd, nice and quiet area. Lots of dogs out and about walking. Dogs are not allowed in any public beaches. I’m a light Sleeper and the refrigerator and other tenants in the immediate complex woke me up a few times. It is a little odd sitting above the downstairs tenants- very close. We didn’t use The deck when they were outside. We would stay here again, The location was great, and the unit was adorable!

My family and I absolutely loved our time at this beautiful condo. It was decorated beautifully, clean, and fully stocked with everything you would need. The amenities were great and it was very easy to get to the beach ! Highly recommend

Decent condo, just a crappy town
A decent condo to lay your head at night and have a spot to cook food for your family. Did have a few issues, the back door locked us out on the patio I was able to shake it back open though. The bathtub floor is slick as owl $hi! My wife and daughters all slipped and fell In the shower so be careful there. One morning we woke up to a 80 degree room, apparently something happened to ax unit, but a blue light was blinking in broom closet by front door so I pressed it and it started blowing cold air again. Overall good condo just a junky town, would rent again if it was in gulf shores instead.

Not the best...
They said that we could not check in early because if “COVID cleaning”, but we arrived early and sat outside of our place for 3 hours waiting for the door to unlock at check in time (4:00pm) and nobody ever went in our came out. The front door didn’t have a lock other than the keypad and the sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock at all. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch closed. The kitchen faucet was broken and so was the toaster. It was all clean and beautifully decorated.
