"The hospitality was absolutely amazing! Ignacio had the best recommendations and was so helpful throughout our stay. The staff in the lobby were incredibly sweet and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were beautiful, and the AC was ice cold, which felt AMAZING after being out in the warm weather! My son had such a great time in the pool and absolutely loved it. The restaurant is a little on the pricey side, but the food was delicious and definitely worth trying. I loved the Whiskey Wednesday drink, and the fried octopus with guacamole was incredible! The location is also perfect and so close to the Thursday Art Walk. We were able to walk around and admire so many incredible artists and their work. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! Highly recommend!"

"The property looks so unassuming. It is just a blend in with the desert. The way that they have it set up you are completely immersed in nature and even though you’re in a building, you feel so connected to the outdoors the pools the water the ocean it’s absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing. The flavors were fantastic. The service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay."

"Beautiful property and on-site butlers and bartenders were excellent. We did not have the best experience checking out. We were over charged and when we discovered this and tried to reconcile via email, the resort stopped responding. Very dissatisfied and of course left a poor taste in our mouths. We likely will not recommend this hotel going forward. Too many good options in Cabo to not deliver end to end customer service."

"Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :) Not being familiar with the property besides what we saw on line, didn’t realize one of the 2 pools was for villa guests but it was the one that was nearest the cold plunge. Also no access to gym. Just little things I wish could have been described more or option to upgrade more up front. Majority of staff was great, we did encounter a few that were just very serious and not super friendly at the jungle pool. We travel to Mexico frequently and friendly staff is all we encounter so it threw us off a bit. BUT- Gael was amazing and every single one of his recommendations hit the point. The staff in Fausto’s were also great to visit every morning."
