Great Staff! The mattresses were HORRIBLE! Both beds in our room were the most uncomfortable that we have slept on in years. The property is old and definately needs an upgrade. The A/C's in the room only go down to 70 (they are locked so you cannot have a cooler room)....and they "say" they cannot ...
