"The house was very clean and had towels laid out. The pool was clean and refreshing, it has rocks for a waterfall but we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. I did send a message to the host and she got back to me quickly. The host always responded to our questions within minutes. Layout of the house is a bit different but very accommodating. There’s plenty of space for parking. There is a tiki bar but we never opened it up or used it. Maybe if we were staying longer.I would stay here again!!! I guess the only thing I would suggest would be maybe more blankets. Some people were colder than others. But other than that 1 out of 10, I would still rate it a 10"

"I stay at this Oasis at least once a year (8 times since 2023) because from the moment you walk in you feel the vibe of this place. This was a girls trip and as always we enjoy every inch of the house. We rarely leave because it’s such a pleasure to stay here. The house is big enough for us to entertain ourselves. We have breakfast and dinner “alfresco style” while our tunes play throughout the house and on the patio. The scenery is beautiful enough to have a photo shoot too (which we did lol)I promise if you stay here it won’t disappoint. The owners are also super nice and respond quickly if there’s a problem."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home in Lake Havasu City! One of the things we appreciated most was being able to bring our dogs along — it made the trip so much more enjoyable for our family. The house itself was exceptionally clean and incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. It was obvious that a lot of thought and care went into making guests feel comfortable.The backyard was absolutely lovely and truly one of the highlights of our stay. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable space to spend time in. We also can’t say enough good things about the host — they were very gracious, easy to communicate with, and always available if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu City!"

"This house was a perfect rental for our band. When we checked in some items were missing and broken and we let the PM team know. They fixed it right away! I was seriously impressed by their attentiveness to our needs. Everything was super clean and tidy. The only thing is the twin bunk bed area is not a “room” it’s a closet that’s attached to a bedroom. It’s located between the bedroom and bathroom it shares which we felt was deceiving. However if you’re sharing the house with another couple with kids it works. I would stay there again if we needed it for another gig weekend. "

"The house was beautiful and well maintained. We had a glitch with the ice machine, by it was repaired in no time. We didn't even have to take the garbage out, as the owner had a person do that for us. Talk about getting spoiled!The beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows, which is a plus for us. The TV in the main bedroom broke down on the last couple of days of our stay. The owner said that he'd get it replaced, but we left before he could do it.The neighbors were friendly and thoughtful.Also, there's plenty of parking for all. "
