"I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The floors were visibly dirty upon arrival and through our stay, and housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the visit. Overall cleanliness and attention to detail fell far below what I’ve come to expect, especially compared to other DoubleTree locations we’ve stayed at. Room noise from other guest was annoying. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the usual standards and left a lot to be desired."

"The communication, check in and out process and convenience of the location are a 5/5! The reason why we said a 4 is because the beds were not as comfortable as we anticipated from the reviews and we felt the carpet really needed to be replaced. "

"We had a great 3 month stay at this property. The owners were excellent to work with. Things we loved about this property. Nice and roomy for a 2 bedroom home. The Master bath offered plenty of room and the shower was great. The walk-in closet had plenty of room for us to store for clothes and there was also plenty of dresser space. There is a nice outdoor area although not much of a view there. The pool and hot tub were nice even though they were over a block away. The Lazy Boy recliners were quite comfortable. This home is very close to the San Tan Villages shopping area, so lots of good shops and restaurants a short drive away.The kitchen was not as well equipped as we would have liked for a 3 month stay. We bought some additional items for the kitchen and left them there. We also gave the owner a list of a few other amenities that would make nice additions to the kitchen. Knowing him, I am sure they will be added."

"Hot tub was perfect and the pool was great to cool down! Kitchen and grill were great and we loved the location of the house. Very nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities close by. "
