Der Hafen ist in der Nähe und auch Supermärkte und Apotheken sind in der Nähe. Zum Essen gehen gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt im Umkreis. Eine bessere Lage kann man in diesen Ort kaum bekommen. Richtig toll ist auch die durch zwei Tore geschützte Tiefgarage. Hier hat man locker Platz neben dem Auto für seine E-Bikes oder Motorräder und braucht sich keine Sorgen machen. Wenn man unten beim Tor herausgeht, ist man direkt am See. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war gut. Ich hätte mir lediglich noch einen Backofen gewünscht, das hätte die Möglichkeit zur Selbstversorgung abgerundet. Das Internet war schlecht genug, dass ich meinen eigenen Fire TV betreiben konnte, somit gab es keine Probleme, was das TV schauen angeht. Ansonsten ist ein Smart-TV vorhanden, Adapter für die Steckdose sind auch vorhanden. Hier war es aber praktisch, dass ich eine Steckdosenleiste dabei hatte. Der Pool ist ein Traum, auch die Aussicht vom Pool aus ist ein Traum. Der Teppich in der Wohnung hatte schon mal bessere Tage gesehen. Die Couch auch! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, ich finde aber noch an der einen oder anderen Stellschraube könnte man noch das eine oder andere verbessern.
