Large bright living room furnished in a modern style, mainly black and white, in marble. Modern and equipped kitchen with dining room. Lake view terrace that forms the perimeter of the entire house. Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with twin beds. Two bathrooms, an emotional shower cubicle and a hot tub. Private pool for the exclusive use of customers, maintained and lake view. Garden shared with the owners large front and back villa. Private parking shared with the owners and inside the property. Private pier - NO BOAT PARKING - NO BOAT DESCENT Direct gate on the lake promenade Pets will be accepted only upon request at the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal. About a 20 minute walk from the train. It seemed as though we were the first renters in a while. The house could use a good cleaning. We had a bad problem with ants in the bathrooms and bedrooms. There was a water leak in the hall bathroom that took them over two days to fix. The drapes all have water stains on them. Just not up to my standard of cleanliness.
