Inside, the spaces are bright and well distributed: three comfortable bedrooms, a panoramic living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a practical second service bathroom. Guests have access to a small covered garage and numerous free parking spaces around the residence. The location is ideal: in just five minutes on foot you can reach Lake Garda, the Desenzano lakefront promenade and the nearest beach. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, with the first supermarket just a few minutes' drive away and the historic center full of groceries, delicatessens and bakeries.
