The apartment offers a living area of approximately 70 m² on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and the garden of the residence. It has been carefully decorated and offers two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. An iron and an ironing board are also available. You will feel comfortable in the living room, which has a TV and CD player, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed. There are also a dining table and chairs and ceiling fans. All rooms have heating. The terrace of about 20m2 is furnished and also safe for children or pets, as it is closed. The comfortable terrace furniture allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors.
