From the production of fine wines to hospitality, here is a brief summary of Palazzo Visconti. Luigi Visconti, in the early 1900s, took over a small winery and, in the 1930s, began his business in the city center. The area was lakefront and, as it benefited from an extraordinary view, he decided to build his home there. The ground floor was dedicated to cellars and wine production, while on the upper floors he realized the dream of living in a stunning place and creating a large family. The photograph of the 1930s building is visible in the gallery. The renovation of the property, completed in 2021, maintained, as much as possible, the original construction. There are fine marble stairs, wrought iron railings, windows with fine and colored glass, and attic ceilings frescoed by artists of the time. The apartments, all strictly with a spectacular view, are named after the wines produced by the Visconti family and are a jewel of comfort and technology. Below is the detailed description of the apartment you are viewing: LUIGI VISCONTI. The LUIGI VISCONTI apartment, on two levels, is a four-room apartment that represents perfection for families. It has three bedrooms, arranged as follows: master suite with en-suite bathroom and comfortable King size bed (180 x 200 cm), room with single bed (200 x 120 cm), third single room (200 x 100 cm). In all rooms, a high-quality Topper is present on the bed mattresses. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving sleep quality and making the bed even more welcoming. LUIGI VISCONTI offers excellent accommodation for four people, to which, if desired, two more guests can be added by using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. At the entrance, we find the living room with the dining room, the balcony with a unique lake view, and next to it, the kitchen in a separate room, complete with the latest generation appliances, with an induction cooktop. Under the stairs, we find a service bathroom with washer and dryer. We go up to the upper floor and discover the sleeping area, previously described. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and an electrically opening roof for a night under the stars. In the middle of the bedrooms, there is a third comfortable bathroom with a shower box. Air conditioning in all rooms, smart TV with satellite channels and access to all the most popular apps, such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Video, the safe, Wi-Fi and high-speed connection, complete the description of this wonderful and exclusive suite for an unforgettable dream vacation. Our group of 3 couples understood the 3 rooms can occupy 6 people would suggest at least a double bed in each room, however they have counted the lounge room as a bedroom. Two rooms had single beds only. The description overstates the occupancy. Whilst the location was amazing, it was also noisy on the weekends. Funzionale e luminoso, si vive con rilassatezza anche grazie alla vista sul lago che si apre anche solo scendendo le scale verso la zona giorno. Silvia ed Emanuele, che si sono interfacciati con noi in questo soggiorno, si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili e gentili e si sono interessati all'andamento della vacanza. È il secondo anno che scegliamo questa soluzione e sicuramente torneremo anche il prossimo anno. Dispiace solo constatare come, nonostante tutte le attenzioni dell'agenzia, gli ospiti non abbiano sempre cura dello spazio, causando piccoli malfunzionamenti. Questo non ha causato problematiche al soggiorno, ma dispiace constatare come un appartamento tanto bello possa essere poco rispettato.
