As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and harmonious atmosphere where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to make you feel right at home. The apartment features two lovely balconies with lake views—one connected to the kitchen and the other to the living room—perfect for sipping your morning coffee in the fresh air. The open living space is generous and well laid out, with a comfortable sitting area complete with a Smart TV for relaxing evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and all the utensils you might need. Everything is designed to combine functionality with a sense of style.



The two double bedrooms, furnished with a modern yet simple elegance, share one large balcony with a table and chairs—a peaceful corner to enjoy a sunset aperitif or wind down after a day of exploring. The beds come with soft, high-quality toppers to ensure a deep and restful night’s sleep. Just outside one of the bedrooms, you’ll find a convenient little area that works perfectly as a desk or vanity—great for remote work, study, or self-care.



The apartment includes two separate bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a spacious shower. Both are stylish and functional, offering all the comfort you need. There’s also a handy storage area with a washing machine and cleaning supplies, so you can feel fully independent during your stay.



To enhance your experience even further, we offer a personalized, multilingual concierge service. One week before your arrival, your dedicated concierge will be available to answer any questions about the apartment or local area, and help you plan the best things to do and see. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted in person, shown around the home, and supported throughout your entire stay. At checkout, the concierge will be there to ensure everything went perfectly.



Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. For late arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a 50.00 E fee applies. A security deposit of 200.00 E is required, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid in cash, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer within three business days, provided there are no damages.
