The hotel staff was very friendly. The bathroom tub drained slowly and could have used a cleaning in the corners. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine was a treat. Would have liked different comforters on the beds but they matched the decor.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor.
