We pre-paid for parking when I booked the hotel, and then were charged again for parking when we checked in. The hotel management refused to refund the double parking charge because we had booked through a 3rd party. The location is convenient - very close to Pikes Place Market and other attractions, but overall we are very dissatisfied, and would not stay here again.
