We had read in a previous review about a whole house diffuser, we are sensitive to this and previously asked owner about it. They unplugged a week before we entered home. There was lingering aroma, which somewhat dissipated after airing house out. We are mentioning this for folks like us who have difficulty with scented items. Sullen was attentive to a few extras and even stopped by to make sure we were safe a secure with a problem with a window, brought a brita water pitcher and kept us abreast to direct phone numbers for any other questions or problems. The property was exactly as described; very clean and updated nicely. Bedrooms were nice sized for 3 couples. Communication with the owners leading up to the stay was great. We had an awesome time here! A few college friends, my sister, my husband and I stayed here to celebrate St Patrick’s day downtown. Perfect distance for Ubers, very clean and comfortable, perfect size for our group of 6\. All of our questions were answered quickly and overall communication was great.
