By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules: House Rules: 1\. Please park on the street. 2\. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit or hallways of the building. There is a $500 fine if discovered. 3\. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a $500 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. 4\. A lost, missing, or damaged key, or fob has a replacement cost of $150. 5\. Early check in and late check out cost $30 each.
