By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules: House Rules: 1\. Smoking, drug and vape use are not allowed inside the unit or hallways of the building. There is a $500 fine if discovered. 2\. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $500 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3\. A lost, missing, or damaged key, or fob has a replacement cost of $150. 4\. There is a $28 early check in and late check out fee. If you want to check in early, please let us know ahead of time. We will notify you when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of arrival. 5\. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including stained sheets and towels. 6\. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 7\. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you're staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/ UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail or items. 8\. You are booking with a valid government- issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 9\. By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas. 10\. There is 1 noise monitoring in the living space. Tampering, blocking, and/or disconnecting the device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 11\. We do not allow pets in the unit. 14\. Forgotten items must be retrieved within 6 hours after check-out. Any unclaimed items left beyond this period will be disposed of, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage. 15\. Failure to follow our house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and/or immediate removal from the property. We enforce these rules strictly to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests. 16\. For the safety and security of all guests, the door code is for your use only.
