There are two mobile air conditioning units which are in the bedrooms and cannot be removed from there. Thus, the living area, bathroom and kitchen are very warm if the weather outside is hot. Also, there is no washer or dryer in the unit itself. There may be one available to pay to use somewhere in the building.If traveling with mobility restricted persons - the shower cannot be used unless a person is able to step into an old fashioned bath tub, sitting on feet.
