Bold lightning-inspired accents blend with vivid blue, gold, and white details for a unique, upscale ambiance. Enjoy a plush living area, fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi for total comfort. Step outside to discover eclectic dining, shopping, and entertainment just moments away. Book your stay and energize your experience in the heart of the city! By booking, you read and agree to all the following house rules: 1\. Please park on the street. 2\. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit or hallways of the building. There is a $500 fine if discovered. 3\. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a $500 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. 4\. A lost, missing, or damaged key, or fob has a replacement cost of $150. 5\. If you want to check in early for only $28, please let us know ahead of time. We will notify you when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of arrival. 6\. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including stained sheets and towels. 7\. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 8\. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you're staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you retrieve delivered mail or items. 9\. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 10\. By booking, you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen on the property, whether inside or outside. 11\. There is one noise monitor in the living space. Tampering, blocking, or disconnecting the device will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 12\. We do not allow pets in the unit. 13\. Hosts and the property manager must be able to contact you via the phone number you provided if needed. 14\.
