BATHROOM: Simple and practical, our bathroom layout ensures easy functionality. The sink and mirror are right outside the toilet and stand-up shower area for straightforward convenience. It's a no-frills, no-fuss setup, perfect for your basic needs PARKING: while not included with the unit, there is ample paid parking available at meters outside (mon-sat, sunday is free!) as well as multiple parking ramps within 2 blocks including one on the backside of the same building. NOTE\*\* - this studio does not have in unit laundry however there is FREE laundry machines at the basement level Guests will access the unit using a lockbox to retrieve a FOB and then a smart lock for the main door into the studio This unit is in the heart of downtown and in a large complex with other tenants. There may be times when hear cars on the street, emergency vehicles, people outside or in the unit, events, construction and other typical urban sounds. While we don't believe it's abnormally noisey, we do mention this in all of our downtown listings in order to provide full transparency! PARTY FEE: Parties including excess guests beyond the amount in the reservations as well as abnormally loud groups may be subject to a fee up to $1000\. We enthusiastically welcome guests who aim to enjoy the amenities while maintaining respect for our neighbors within the complex! By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed on our listing. Here it is again for your reference: 1\. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or complex. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2\. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am. 3\. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests. 4\. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. 5\. A lost, missing, or damaged key or fob has a replacement cost of $75 each 6\. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you'd like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out. 7\. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you'd like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in. 8\. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. 9\. Restful stay after a long day of activities. The apartment was well stocked and had everything needed. Was a little noisy on the streets, but one should expect this in a downtown, especially on a Saturday night. After setting the combo on the lockbox, you have to push a small lever while opening the two halves of the box, which was not communicated. I put the address the host gave for the parking garage into my gps, but I must have driven past it since it’s not marked. I wound up in the garage for the nearby hotel; the elevators only go to floors 13-25, so I figured they were for hotel guests only. To get out, I took the stairs to a loading dock, and had to maneuver around construction barriers and limbo under yellow tape, all with my luggage in tow. Once I made it to the unit, the keypad screen was all black (i.e. the digits were not visible). After 3 failed attempts to enter the code, I called the host. I was told that pressing the keypad to light it up “counts” as the first digit entry and that’s why I couldn’t get in. They said to enter the code on the dark screen by visualizing a “standard keypad layout”, approximating where I thought the first digit would be. When I got inside, the unit was a chilly 59 degrees, and I had to do some wrangling with the thermostat to turn the heat on. The bedside lamps were unplugged, which also made the USB chargers on those lamps useless. I needed those to plug in my phone and have it near the bed overnight, so I ended up moving the bed to plug in one of the lamps.
