Die Besitzer waren innerhalb 5 Minuten vor Ort, obwohl die Kommunikation nur auf italienisch möglich ist. Nur wird es am Nachmittag sehr heiß auf der Terrasse, eine Markise wäre echt von Vorteil. Ausstattung OK ein-zwei Sachen in der Küche fehlen. Es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen und auch den Verkehrslärm der Straße oberhalb empfanden wir nicht als besonders störend. Wir waren 10 Tage Gast im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht auf den See ist schon toll. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist hundeausbruchsicher. W–lan hat meist geklappt. Die Küche hat alles für den Urlaubshaushalt. Der Vermieter war sofort da, als der Strom ausfiel– super! Eigentlich perfekt, wenn die oberhalb laufende SS36 nicht wäre. Tagsüber und in den Abend–und Nachtstunden stört sie nicht, wer aber einen leichten Schlaf hat wird gegen 4.30 Uhr erstmal geweckt. Zum Thema Schlaf: es gibt eine Zudecke für 2 Personen, man sollte sich also mit seinem Bettnachbarn gut verstehen :–) Alles in Allem war es eine gute Unterkunft. Danke auch der freundlichen Dame von DER.
