### VILLA PLINIO by Design Studio

The terrace and loggia offer an enchanting panorama that embraces a broad view of the lake and the mountains to the north, extraordinary in every season. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and is flooded with sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The room is large and bright with a double bed. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, television and a folding bed for children (80x190 cm). The eat-in kitchen is complete with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, four burner hob with multifunction oven as well as kitchen equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet with bidet function.  
  
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and two folding sun loungers.  
  
The wi-fi connection is free.
