Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die drei verschiedenen Außenplätze geben immer die Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen. Die Zufahrt ist wie bereits verschiedentlich erwähnt, nichts für große Autos. Dafür kann die Garage für Fahrräder genutzt werden. Das Auto kann problemlos in der Umgebung abgestellt werden. Die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter geht nur mit dem Google Übersetzer, was gelegentlich zu Verwirrungen führt, aber er ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Das schönste an Dervio ist der öffentliche Zugang zu See von allen Stellen aus. Die ganze Halbinsel ist quasi Strand. Dieser ist natürlich nicht aus Sand, aber dafür bieten Bäume reichlich Schatten. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind neben einer Bäckerei, einem Früchteladen und einem Supermarkt auch einige sehr gute Pizzerien bzw. Restaurants. Die Ostküste kann sehr gut mit dem Zug erkundet werden, auch nach Mailand ist das die entspannendste Alternative. Die Schiffverbindung ist von Varenna aus am Besten. Achtung: in der Hauptsaison kann es passieren, dass das Schnellboot nach Como ausverkauft ist. Karten können leider nicht schon am Vortag erworben werden. Fazit: Wir würden wieder kommen! ##### Jutta S. Häuschen liegt gut gelegen in Seenähe und ist schön ruhig. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommende. Die einzigen Mankos waren die sehr enge Zugangsstraße und die für unser Auto (3er) zu kleine Garage. Beides bei der Lage leicht zu verschmerzen :) ##### Andreas M.
