Gut

Wohnung war richtig sauber. Von den Matratzen bekamen wir leider Rückenschmerzen. Zufahrt ist extrem eng, wir haben es aber auch mit großem Auto dann doch bewältigt bekommen. Lage ist gut, schnell beim Bus sowie Bahnhof und schnell am See. Ruhige Lage. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Casa Savina - tolle Lage

sehr schöne Wohnung , gute Ausstattung, Garten für Familien mit Kindern. In nur 5 Minuten am See, schöne Badeplätze und ein ganz gemütliches italienisches Städtchen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schlicht

Das Haus war (bis auf die Dusche!) sauber und zweckmäßig. Allerdings wären Sitzpolster für die Gartenmöbel sehr wünschenswert. Zudem ist die Anfahrt in den Hof mit einem Auto, dass größer als ein Smart oder Polo ist, so gut wie unmöglich. Da ist auch der Hinweis, dass das Auto nicht breiter als 2 Meter sein darf, unnötig wenn man gar nicht erst in den Hof, geschweige denn in die Garage passt. Wir mussten zum Parken zusätzlich dann Wochentickets kaufen.

Hält was es verspricht

Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau dem, was im Inserat versprochen wird. Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die drei verschiedenen Außenplätze geben immer die Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen. Die Zufahrt ist wie bereits verschiedentlich erwähnt, nichts für große Autos. Dafür kann die Garage für Fahrräder genutzt werden. Das Auto kann problemlos in der Umgebung abgestellt werden. Die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter geht nur mit dem Google Übersetzer, was gelegentlich zu Verwirrungen führt, aber er ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Das schönste an Dervio ist der öffentliche Zugang zu See von allen Stellen aus. Die ganze Halbinsel ist quasi Strand. Dieser ist natürlich nicht aus Sand, aber dafür bieten Bäume reichlich Schatten. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind neben einer Bäckerei, einem Früchteladen und einem Supermarkt auch einige sehr gute Pizzerien bzw. Restaurants. Die Ostküste kann sehr gut mit dem Zug erkundet werden, auch nach Mailand ist das die entspannendste Alternative. Die Schiffverbindung ist von Varenna aus am Besten. Achtung: in der Hauptsaison kann es passieren, dass das Schnellboot nach Como ausverkauft ist. Karten können leider nicht schon am Vortag erworben werden. Fazit: Wir würden wieder kommen!

rundum zufrieden

Das Häuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See, beim Bäcker, im Supermarkt, in der Eisdiele, am Bahnhof, ... Sehr empfehlenswert!

Proximité avec le lac de Côme au cœur d'un village attractif.

Maison tout confort et située au calme tout en restant proche du lac et des commerces. Attention toutefois à l'accès à la propriété qui est très difficile surtout pour un véhicule assez grand type familial ou espace. Situation géographique excellente grâce à l'autoroute très proche et aux nombreux bacs dans la localité proche de Varenna.

Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben zwei richtig schöne Wochen verbracht. Häuschen liegt gut gelegen in Seenähe und ist schön ruhig. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommende. Die einzigen Mankos waren die sehr enge Zugangsstraße und die für unser Auto (3er) zu kleine Garage. Beides bei der Lage leicht zu verschmerzen :)
