"Çalışanların çoğu kaba, çok eski bir hotel ve heryere uzak. Eğer tur ile gitmezseniz taksiye günlük en az 5 bin lira vermeyi gözden çıkarmanız gerekiyor. Odalar çok eski, içecekler ücreti. Küçük su için 40 tl isteniyor. Halılar çok kötü kokuyor. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha Allah düş ürmesin ."

"I recently stayed at Holiday Cave Hotel during the first week of April, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is very well located right in the Göreme area, just a 5–10 minute walk from the main market, which made getting around very convenient. The property itself was clean and comfortable, which is always a big plus.
We stayed in a family room that had one large queen-size bed and three single beds for the kids. The beds were comfortable, and the room size worked well for our family. However, there were a few maintenance issues—two lights above the bed weren’t working, and although we informed the staff, nothing was done about it. Similarly, the jacuzzi in the bathroom had decorative rainbow lights that didn’t function.
On the positive side, the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. Initially, there was no hot water, but after we reported it, the issue was resolved, which we appreciated.
Since we visited in early April, the pool was not open, which is understandable due to the season. One highlight of the stay was the terrace—you can see the famous Cappadocia hot air balloons from there, which is a lovely experience.
Breakfast was generally good, but there was a noticeable difference between the two days we stayed. On Sunday, breakfast was excellent (9/10), with freshly made gözleme (a delicious Turkish stuffed bread). However, on Monday, the experience dropped to about 7/10. The gözleme was not available, despite us arriv"
"Great high end property! Good price compared to Cave Hotels. Amenities are phenomenal. I would stay here if I ever came back to this part of the world"
"This boutique hotel delivers five-star service in every way. The views are absolutely majestic and surreal — fairy chimneys and Pigeon Valley on one side, Rose Valley on the other. Watching the balloons drift across the sky without even leaving our room was pure magic.
The rooms are beautifully and tastefully appointed, with lovely interior design that feels both elegant and comfortable. And the heated floors were an absolute lifesaver — such a wonderful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, if Cappadocia didn't have so much to offer, we could have stayed in our rooms every day.
What made the experience especially exceptional, though, was the staff. From the reception team to the lovely gentleman who helped with our luggage, to the wait staff at the on-site restaurant, every single person provided warm, professional, and outstanding service. Even the correspondence before our arrival - which continued throughout our stay - was top level and made us feel cared for every step of the way.
Everything came together beautifully to make my stay truly exceptional. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special time. Millstone Cave Suites is a gem, and I would return in a heartbeat."
"Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel terrace offers the best view for watching the sunrise hot air balloons.
The food was a highlight—Michelin-quality breakfast and atmospheric dinners that were more affordable than local street restaurants. I’ll definitely be back!"
"Our early March 3 night stay was peaceful and included one snowy overnight. A fantastic luxurious 5 star stay, with incredible inspiring views ! Front desk staff manager, Razul, was extremely helpful with excellent service & travel advice. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, with its free daily Turkish breakfast, free parking, excellent location!"
"This was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Moreover, it was unique and very aligned with the history and culture of the area. We loved everything about it: location, staff, food and facilities. We just wish there was a gym. "
