Yes room was good. Staff were courteous.
When i got to hotel i was told my booking had been cancelled. If i wanted a room i had to pay at the hotel which was more than what i was originally quoted.
Location of hotel was good. Near the metro tram and mamaray. Restaurants near by. Gulhane bazaar 2 min walk.

Great location. Murad is a great lad, he allowed us to check in early and helped us find a taxi for our transfer.
I’d suggest Gritti Pera to work on their breakfast.

The hotel was right near the busy shopping street, which made it perfect for us. It’s walking distance from the Galata Tower and has lots of transportation options. Food options were plentiful and if you are in Istanbul for the night life it’s one of the places to be. I stayed Wednesday through to Friday, the first night was quiet no noise from the street. But Thursday heading to the weekend was very noisy sound like a birthday party was happening under our bedroom window until 3am, so bear that in mind if you wanted a quiet stay. Also I booked the breakfast included options and the view of the city was amazing from there. All in all I would book again but mid week though.

First of all, we have to sign something that says if something gets lost in the room, it is not their (hotel people) fault. But they have keys. Why would anyone sign this statement. ??!! Second the tv didnt have a remote. Third the beds move too much Fourth , the breakfast isnt great , the hot stuff ...
