I was expecting an email 24 hours before our stay, so had to call to prompt a text. When we got there, it wasn't obvious that the number to open the gate was automated, so i was trying to leave a mesaage. The apartment was on the top floor with no lift so it was fortunate that we had no special access needs. The temperature was very high and the thermostat seemed to have no effect. The shower was a bit weak, although the water was hot. There were no bins in the rooms apart from the main bathroom, and the sink plug was missing. As it was a mixed apartment block, there were residents as well as guests, some of whom were very noisy, including a backfiring car which woke our daughter up. Kitchen was great had everything you could need and a little coffee/tea station with biscuits that were left for guests which was a really nice touch for an apartment. I was really impressed with the size of the apartment and all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes hangers, etc. It was nice and quiet, the beds were comfy and there was a Sainsburys next door to stock up.
