The condo features a full kitchen plus a roomy living room with a gas fireplace and large windows that allow in plenty of sunshine and some amazing views of the Pacific. Guests will enjoy spending warm summer days on the grass yard just outside the condo which also offers amazing sunsets and stunning views of the coastline. The home is just a short walk from downtown Depoe Bay with its variety of fun shops and restaurants. Depoe Bay is also home to the “World’s Smallest Harbor”, so don’t forget to stop by the overlook and watch the fishing boats going in and out of the harbor. From the harbor, you can take a whale-watching tour or board a charter for some deep-sea fishing. This is the second time we have rented this unit & love the view of the cove as well as the convenience of being able to walk into Depoe Bay for restaurants, shops and the views of the harbor & ocean. The place was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the ability to walk to town or at the end of the rock to view the whales. The TV, Wi-Fi was spotty. It was the end of our trip and we wanted to watch some TV and it was difficult to figure out what we could watch because Wi-Fi kept turning off. The fire place was awesome since it was pretty cold here, for us. Master bedroom mattress was ok. Little too soft for us. Shower head was a struggle to use as it was shooting to the wall instead of down. Decor was wonderful, felt like home. Outdated furniture and bathroom but functional and clean. Toilets are very low so must be agile to get on and off. Not ADA compliant incase your handicapped or have difficulties. We had a wonderful time here and love Depoe Bay! The beds, couches and easy chairs were very comfortable. We could watch the whales from the condo windows or take a path at the end of the street and venture close to the water on the rock cliffs. The towis quaint and small with good restaurants. Itis a town without a grocery store and only has two stop lights. My only criticism of the place is that after traveling from out of state by plane and then traveling from Portland by car it would have been nice to have some paper towels and at least a box of Kleenex. There was a lot for us to do with in distance of our condo. My only complaints would be that there was no fan in the condo for the bedrooms and there was no ceiling fans either. On another note I could not find a number to make a noise complaint. The people above our bedroom may have had small kids that were stomping on the stairs late into the night on 3 of our night stays.
