I upgraded to the ocean view room and it was worth it. Lovely views and the amenities were everything you could need, though we didn’t use them for the one night stay (washing machine, cooker etc.) Whilst the bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room it was big enough. It was very clean The only reason I gave it overall of a 4 is because the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time. Whilst we only had to wait another 15mins, I believe all hotels should have rooms ready for the time they state they will be

"Front desk staff were stiff and not friendly they were very businesslike, in their difference I think the English language may have been the barrier. Room service staff was friendly. Air conditioning worked very oddly, not cooling and would shut off on its own. The room that I was in had a blackout ..."
