Both nights we stayed we did not have hot water. I let the staff know the morning after our first night. I explained we’d be out for the day, and maintenance could go in our room to fix it. We came back in the evening and it was not fixed. The front desk said they forgot because of how busy they were. I asked for another room, which they happily agreed to. This room also had no hot water. The staff member said we’d get our entry stay free because of this. On the way out the next morning we couldn’t exit the parking garage because of a malfunctioning gate. A staff member(same person I’d been notifying of the lack of hot water) came out and let us out of the park garage. She then called me an idiot as we left. We will never stay here again. Staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and don’t care. This is obviously a reflection of Hilton. Management needs to change.
