The ideal location of this charming 3 bed/2 bath will enrich your stay in Denver and rid you the hassle of travel logistics. Wether walking or driving most of your needs can be met within 1-3 blocks of the house. Located close to downtown, it is on the quiet end of a block with bars and restaurants at the opposite end. A city park, groceries, liquor, rooftop & mini-golf bars and the airport train are all within two blocks of the front gate. Only a few minutes walk to the Mission Ballroom and the Platte River bike path.
Owned an operated by a vintage and antique dealer the house is tastefully furnished in a blend of modern, antique and mid-century furniture and decor. The house has an open floor plan with a spacious and fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating in the living room making it a perfect place to connect with friends and family before heading out to explore. There is a deck with table and chairs in front and a private patio in back with ample seating and a pergola.
