Kitchenette includes Kuerig, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans to go along with an induction hot plate, refridgerator and sink. In-line sofa murphy combo has an 11'' cooling memory foam mattress complete with sheets and pillows. Murphy bed has attached hutch with a little extra storage along with three drawers. Wall mounted fan and TV sit across from bed. Room has climate controlled wall unit to your temperature of choice. Extra storage can be found in the attached garage by request.
