Easy access to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Colorado Railroad Museum, world-class ski areas, Casinos in Black Hawk, Denver and Boulder, makes Golden an ideal location for travelers. License Number: STR-25-37 This is 1 of 2 homes built in Colorado with the surplus of bricks that was used to build the famous Union Station train depot in Downtown Denver. Lots of history here! There are 3 bedrooms, with 3 beds that sleep 2 people each. If you have more than 6 guests, the other sleeping options would be the couch or an air mattress for these additional guests. Just please let us know ahead of time if you want this set up as well as extra blankets and linens for anyone over 6 guests. Occupancy of the unit is limited to four (4) unrelated persons. The entire upstairs area is 100% for guest use. There is an office downstairs that will be used occasionally by the business next door. But they have direct access to the basement from the exterior of the house. We are always happy to help in any way we can. Please message or call if you have any questions or concerns! Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days. Golden is very walkable and bike friendly! Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, no pets, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit. Please be mindful of check-in and especially check out times. If you are requesting early check-in or late check-out, do make sure to message us to see if this is possible. We will do our best to be accommodating, but communication is key. Was in walking distance to EVERYTHING in downtown Golden. We really enjoyed the fenced in years for our daughter to run around in, and the front porch was so enjoyable in the morning and afternoons. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops as well as take lengthy walks/runs on paved trails that led everywhere in and out of town. For the two of us the house was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had been updated and made for cooking meals if we wanted to stay in. One caution I would advise is that there is only one small bathroom so if you are with family perhaps not a major flaw but if you are with other couples for example this space is not very private.
